The Morrow Project comes out of cryogenics

Kickstarter is being used more and more for not only starting up new games, but also bringing back older games that we have all loved

One such Kickstarter project is that of The Morrow Project, which we have been following with interest for some time on Facebook.

And finally that labour of love has produced The Morrow Project 4th Edition which is now on Kickstarter.  It has already been fully funded and is now on to the stretch goals.  The Morrow Project 4th. Edition kickstarter project will fund the development costs and printing costs for the first run of books.

What Is It?
The Morrow Project is a pen-and-paper-style roleplay game originally published in 1980. In The Morrow Project you assume the role of a normal everyday person who has taken up the challenge of helping to save and rebuild civilization following a major world changing event. You and your team receive special training before being frozen in cryo-stasis waiting for the time when you will be needed. The plan is for you to wake several years following the end of civilization. You and your team will help the project in rebuilding first the United States, then the rest of the world. Unfortunately, things don't always go as planned.

Soft-Cover Books: The Morrow Project 4th. Edition will expand the game book from 77 pages to over 300 pages of TMP goodness. The new book will be available through normal distribution channels and on our website. The funding for the first print run will come from the Kickstarter campaign. This will be a beautiful 8.5 x 11 perfect bound soft-cover book.

Hard-back books: Many folks have been requesting hard-bound copies of The Morrow Project. We hear and obey! The new edition will also be available in a hard-bound format. These books will also be available through normal distribution channels and our website.

Go check it out.  We loved this game and are really pleased to see it finally getting the love it deserves again. In fact we loved it so much we named our gaming area in Whitehead Primary School 'Operation Morrow Bunker' after it.  We even have the NI Morrow Project Commander in Chief coming to us every so often just to check up.  We will be playing this again.
