Gaming at the Morrow Bunker (13,14,15&16 December)

The Bunker is operating as normal Thursday 13, Friday 14, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 December from 7.00pm to 12pm.

There will also be a days gaming on Saturday at Carrickfergus Castle with the theme of the Battle of the Bulge.

Operation Morrow Bunker GCHQ is in Whitehead Primary School, 3 Islandmagee Road, Whitehead, County Antrim BT38 9NE

Last week saw Wee Gamers going to the cinema to see 7 Psychopaths (highly recommended by the way) and in the way of gaming the Morrow Bunker saw Bolt ActionKings of War, hobby stuff, Zombicide, Heroquest, Ascension and a memorable trip down to Lisburn Gaming Club along with The Hairy Painter to demo Bolt Action.

And so to this week............

Thursday Night
This Thursday night will see the doughty RPG return with JB using Gregor Hutton's finest 3:16.  On the mini battlefileds at the Morrow Bunker there will also be some Bolt Action and Flames of War.

Friday Night
Some Kings of War will be on the go as Fantasy armies clash by night as the Season of the Blood Red Dawns campaign continues alongside some Bolt Action, and perhaps a few Victory Point Games on the go too. There may be some rumblings of Dreadball or Zombicide.

Also in the Morrow Bunker will be Darkforge Studios for the evening to give some painting lessons and tips.  Gamers are encouraged to bring along whatever models they are working on, though there may be some intro models as well.  The charge will be £1.25 per person. This is directly to Darkforge Studios (Who are also on Facebook)

Wee Gamers are very proud to be working in partnership with the NIEA to run a charity WWII event in Carrickfergus Castle on from 10am to 4pm.  It will be a full day perfect for the whole family and getting some Bolt Action in during the Battle of the Bulge

While you will have to pay into the Castle, the gaming and entertainment is free for as long as you stay.  Any loose change please do put it in the charity bucket.

Saturday Night
Just not able to get enough gaming in Wee Gamers will be open to everyone to come along and have a game to wind down : ).  Always a place as well for a bit of hobby alongside maybe even more Bolt Action, Flames of War, Kings of War or maybe a boardgame or two.

Sunday Night
Well Sunday night is becoming a real fun boardgaming night with Nightfall being a definite and the possiblility of some Toaster action with Battlestar Gallactica.

Don't forget to join the Drama Club group of Facebook - they are a friendly bunch and don't bite.  Much :)
